一次性无纺布不同包装方式对器械包无菌屏障系统的影响

摘要 目的:探究一次性无纺布不同包装方式对器械包无菌屏障系统的影响。方法:于2021年1月~5月抽取本院840件相同规格的手术器械包作为样本。基于随机规则均分为A、B、C三组;A组为平底篮筐加一次性无纺布;B组为平底篮筐加一次性吸水衬纸加一次性无纺布;C组为提篮加平底篮筐加一次性吸水衬纸加一次性无纺布。评估比对三种包装方式完成后至运输至各科室备用期间包装破损率、湿包率以及同时检测三组微生物屏障细菌阳性率,评价其三组间差异。结果:C组破损率(0.36%)低于A组(9.64%)及B组(3.93%),χ^(2)/P:25.414/0.000;8.516/0.004;C组湿包率(0.72%)低于A组(5.00%)及B组(11.43%),χ^(2)/P:28.182/0.000;9.265/0.002;C组破损率(0.36%)低于A组(3.93%)及B组(2.50%),χ^(2)/P:8.516/0.004;4.565/0.033。结论:使用提篮加平底篮筐加一次性吸水衬纸加一次性无纺布对器械包进行包装,能够有效减少运输转移途中的破损率及湿包率,并降低微生物屏障细菌阳性率。 Objective:To explore the impact of different packaging methods of disposable non-woven fabrics on the sterile barrier system of device packages.Methods:From January to May of 2021,840 surgical instrument packs of the same specifications were selected as samples in our hospital.Based on random rules,they are divided into three groups:A,B,and C;Group A is a flat-bottomed basket with disposable non-woven fabric;Group B is a flat-bottomed basket with disposable absorbent paper and disposable non-woven fabric;Group C is a basket Add a flat-bottomed basket,a disposable absorbent liner and a disposable non-woven fabric.Evaluation and comparison of the three packaging methods after the completion of the packaging breakage rate,wet packaging rate and the positive rate of the three groups of microbial barrier bacteria during the period from the completion of the transportation to each department for standby,to evaluate the differences between the three groups.Results:The breakage rate of group C(0.36%)was lower than that of group A(9.64%)and group B(3.93%)(χ^(2)/P:25.414/<0.001;8.516/0.004);The wet pack rate of group C(0.72%)was lower In group A(5.00%)and group B(11.43%)(χ^(2)/P:28.182/<0.001;9.265/0.002);The damage rate of group C(0.36%)is lower than that of group A(3.93%)and group B(2.50%)(χ^(2)/P:8.516/0.004;4.565/0.033).Conclusion:The use of a basket,a flat-bottomed basket,a disposable absorbent lining paper and a disposable non-woven fabric to package the device package can effectively reduce the damage rate and wet package rate during transportation and transfer,and reduce the positive rate of microbial barrier bacteria.
