消毒供应室一体化管理在手术室器械处理中的应用

Analysis of the Effect of Nursing Intervention in Elderly Patients with Cardiac Pacemaker Implantation

目的:分析在实施手术室器械处理的过程中消毒供应室一体化管理的临床应用效果。方法:本次实验研究将2018年1月~12月按照常规消毒供应室管理方法实施处理的手术器械220件作为对照组,将2019年1月~12月按照消毒供应室一体化管理实施处理的手术室器械220件作为实验组。观察比较两组手术器械清洗、消毒合格率、感染事件发生率、医生满意度。结果:实验组手术器械清洗、消毒合格率、感染事件发生率、医生满意度均与对照组存在显著差异,P<0.05。结论:消毒供应室一体化管理在手术室器械处理过程中的应用,具有理想的效果。

Objective:Analyses the clinical application effect of the integrated management of disinfection supply room in the process of operating room instrument treatment.Methods:In this experimental study,220 pieces of surgical instruments treated according to the routine disinfection supply room management method from January 2018 to December 2018 were taken as the control group,and 220 pieces of operating room instruments treated according to the integrated disinfection supply room management from January 2019 to December 2019 were taken as the experimental group.The qualified rate of cleaning and disinfection of surgical instruments,incidence of infection events and doctor satisfaction were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:There were significant differences in the qualified rate of surgical instrument cleaning and disinfection,incidence of infection events and doctor satisfaction between the study group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the integrated management of disinfection supply room in the process of operating room instrument treatment has an ideal effect.
