应用热分析方法和红外分光光度法分析鉴别人参不同炮制品 被引量:2

摘要 目的通过对人参和人参的不同炮制品的粉末采用物理化学的热分析方法以及红外分光光度法进行分析,为鉴别人参不同炮制品的粉末提供新方法。方法选用4年生的园参及其不同炮制品分为5组,包括鲜参组、冷冻干燥参组、生晒参组、红参组和黑参组,分别采用热重(TG)和差示扫描量热(DSC)方法及红外分光光度法对人参不同炮制品的热重(TG)和(DSC)曲线进行分析和鉴别。结果实验证明热分析法具有操作简便、快速、样品用量少、数据曲线识别率高等优点,结合红外光谱的指纹特征,可以作为一种快速分析鉴别不同炮制品粉末的新方法。 Objective The powders of Radix Ginseng and its processed products were analyzed by physicochemical thermal analysis and infrared spectrophotometry in order to provide the new identifical method for Radix Ginseng and its processed products.Methods Radix Ginseng that is the root of four-year-old cultivated Panax ginseng and its different processed products are divided into 5 groups including fresh Radix Ginseng,freeze-dried Radix Ginseng,sun dried Radix Ginseng(white ginseng),red Radix Ginseng and black Radix Ginseng groups.Thermogravimetric(TG)and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)methods were used to analyze the thermogravimetric(TG)and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)curves of different Radix Ginseng processed products,combined with infrared spectrophotometry..Results The thermal analysis method has the advantages of simple and rapid operation,less sample consumption and high recognition rate of data curve.Combined with the fingerprint characteristics of infrared spectrophotometry,they can be used as new methods for rapid analysis and identification of different processed Radix Ginseng powders or material medica.
