摘要
目的确定补肾活血颗粒的提取及制备工艺。方法以正交优选法对丹参、当归等采取醇提,对剩余丹参、赤芍等有效成分采用水提的方法进行考察,优选最佳工艺。结果醇提药物的最佳提取工艺为6倍量80%乙醇提3次,每次2h。水提的最佳提取工艺为8倍水提2次,每次1h。结论该方法简单可行,所得颗粒质量稳定,可作为补肾活血颗粒的制备工艺。
Objective To determine the extraction and preparation process of Bushen Huoxue granule.Methods Alcohol extraction of salvia miltiorrhiza and Angelica was carried out by orthogonal optimization method,and water extraction of the remaining active components such as salvia miltiorrhiza and radix paeoniae was carried out to select the best technology.Results The optimal extraction process was 6 times 80% ethanol for 3 times,2 h each time.The optimal extraction process of water extraction was 8 times water extraction twice,1 h each time.Conclusion The method is simple and feasible,the quality of the granules is stable,and it can be used as the preparation process of Bushen Huoxue granules.
