现代学徒制“校企”育人体系探究——以环境设计专业为例

Exploration on the“School-Enterprise”Education System of the Modern Apprenticeship System―Taking the Major of Environmental Design as an Example

民办高校教育现代学徒制“校企”育人体系不断发展深化,可以看出这是未来发展的一种新型教学模式,从教育机制方面来讲,这是对学校与企业合作之间对教育更高的要求。在现今阶段,从现代学徒制校企合作育人体系中基础内容上来讲,本文以环境设计专业为例,分析学校和企业之间建立起合作制度并为学校与企业双方建立起更多保障与优势,同时也为双方的发展带来了崭新变化。

The modern apprenticeship“school enterprise”education system of private colleges and universities continues to develop and deepen.It can be seen that this is a new teaching model for future development.In terms of education mechanism,this is a higher requirement for education between schools and enterprises.At the present stage,from the perspective of the basic content of the modern apprenticeship school enterprise cooperative human body education system,this paper takes the environmental design major as an example to analyze the establishment of a cooperative system between schools and enterprises,and establish more guarantees and advantages for both schools and enterprises.At the same time,it also brings new changes to the development of both sides.
