慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者精神心理状态分析

Analysis of mental state in patients with chronic rhinosinusitis

目的研究慢性鼻-鼻窦炎(CRS)的精神心理状态,探索患者产生精神心理障碍的病因。方法观察组为40例慢性鼻-鼻窦炎不伴鼻息肉(CRSsNP)患者、40例慢性鼻-鼻窦炎伴息肉(CRSwNP)患者,对照组为30例鼻中隔偏曲(DNS),术前收集患者鼻窦CT得分、中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞(NLR)值、血小板/淋巴细胞(PLR)值、鼻腔-鼻窦结局测试-22(SNOT-22)、医院焦虑抑郁量表(the hospital anxiety and depression scale,HAD),通过SPSS25.0软件进行数据分析。结果CRSsNP、CRSwNP焦虑值、抑郁值、SNOT-22与DNS比较,有显著差异(P<0.05),CRSwNP、CRSsNP、DNS患者中NLR值、PLR值与患者的焦虑值抑郁值呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论CRS患者比DNS患者易出现焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,其不良情绪的发生与炎症指数相关。

Objective To study the mental state of patients with chronic rhinosinusitis(CRS)and explore the causes of mental disorders.Methods A total of 40 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis without nasal polyps(CRSsNP)and 40 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps(CRSwNP)were enrolled in the study group,and 30 patients with nasal septal deviation(DNS)were enrolled in the control group.The hospital anxiety and Depression Scale(had)was used for data analysis by spss25.0 software.Results There were significant differences in anxiety,depression and SNOT-22 between CRSsNP,CRSwNP and DNS patients(P<0.05).NLR and PLR were positively correlated with anxiety and depression in CRSwNP,CRSsNP and DNS patients(P<0.05).Conclusions CRS patients are more prone to anxiety,depression and other adverse emotions than DNS patients,and the occurrence of adverse emotions is related to inflammatory index.
