蛤蚧定喘胶囊联合天突穴穴位注射治疗喉源性咳嗽(阴虚型)多中心临床研究

A randomized controlled multicenter clinical study on Gejie Dingchuan capsule combined with Tiantu acupoint injection in the treatment of laryngeal cough (yin deficiency type)

目的观察蛤蚧定喘胶囊联合天突穴穴位注射治疗喉源性咳嗽(阴虚型)的临床疗效。方法180例喉源性咳嗽(阴虚型)患者随机分为两组。穴注组给予天突穴穴位注射,每周2次。联合组口服蛤蚧定喘胶囊,一次3粒,每日两次,同时给予天突穴穴位注射,每周2次。疗程均为2周。比较治疗2周后,两组前后疗效及组间对比疗效,观察治疗前后咽痒、咳嗽、咽痛、咽干、咽异物感等症状体征改善程度及积分变化,缓解时间,并进行安全性评价。结果联合组总有效率为91.1%,治疗后主要临床症状改善明显,治疗前后比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);穴注组总有效率为70%,治疗后主要临床症状亦有明显改善,治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组与对照组组间比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论蛤蚧定喘胶囊联合天突穴穴位注射治疗喉源性咳嗽(阴虚型)具有较好的临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Gejie Dingchuan capsule combined with Tiantu acupoint injection in the treatment of laryngeal cough(yin deficiency type).Methods A total of 180 patients with laryngeal cough(yin deficiency type)were randomly divided into two groups.The acupoint injection group was given Tiantu acupoint injection twice a week.The combined group was given Gejie Dingchuan capsule orally,3 capsules at a time,twice a day,and Tiantu acupoint injection twice a week.The course of treatment was 2 weeks.After 2 weeks of treatment,the curative effects of the two groups before and after treatment and the comparative curative effects between the two groups were compared.The improvement degree and integral changes of symptoms and signs such as pharyngeal itching,cough,pharyngeal pain,pharyngeal dryness,pharyngeal foreign body sensation before and after treatment were observed,the remission time and safety were evaluated.Results The total effective rate of the combined group was 91.1%.The main clinical symptoms improved significantly after treatment,and there was significant difference before and after treatment(P<0.05);The total effective rate of acupoint injection group was 70%,and the main clinical symptoms were significantly improved after treatment.The difference before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05)..Conclusion Gejie Dingchuan capsule combined with Tiantu acupoint injection has a good clinical effect in the treatment of laryngeal cough(yin deficiency type),which is worthy of clinical application.
