分级护理方案对改善耳源性眩晕患者症状及生活质量的效果探讨

The effect of graded care regimens on improving symptoms and quality of life in patients with otogenic vertigo

目的探讨基于眩晕评分的分级护理方案对改善耳源性眩晕患者症状及生活质量的效果。方法便利抽样法选取安庆市立医院2019年1月~2021年12月收治的耳源性眩晕患者72例,随机分为对照组36例、观察组36例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予分级护理方案。比较干预前、干预1周后两组患者眩晕残障评定量表(Dizziness Handicap Inventory,DHI)评分,生活质量量表(Short-Form 36-Item Health Survey,SF-36)评分及舒适状况量表(General Comfort Questionnaire,GCQ)评分。结果观察组及对照组干预1周后DHI评分低于干预前,SF-36、GCQ评分高于干预前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组干预1周后DHI评分明显低于对照组,SF-36、GCQ评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对耳源性眩晕患者实施分级护理方案,能有效评估患者眩晕分级,落实各级护理措施,更能有效减轻耳源性眩晕的临床症状,提高生活质量及舒适度。

Objective To explore the effect of graded nursing program based on vertigo score on improving symptoms and quality of life of patients with otogenic vertigo.Methods A total of 72 patients with otogenic vertigo admitted to Anqing municipal hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected by convenience sampling,and randomly divided into control group(n=36)and observation group(n=36).The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given graded nursing program.Patients in the two groups were compared for Dizziness Handicap Inventory(DHI)score before and 1 week after the intervention,and for the quality-of-life scale(short-form 36-item Health Survey,SF-36)and General Comfort Questionnaire(GCQ).Results After 1 week of intervention,DHI score of observation group and control group was lower than that before intervention,SF-36 and GCQ scores were higher than before intervention,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 week of intervention,DHI score of observation group was significantly lower than control group,SF-36 and GCQ scores were higher than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The grading nursing program for patients with otogenic vertigo can effectively evaluate the grading of patients with otogenic vertigo,implement nursing measures at all levels,and effectively reduce the clinical symptoms of otogenic vertigo,which improve the quality of life and comfort.
