摘要
按照平准化度电成本(LCOE)的基本原理,在分析研究光伏发电成本构成的基础上,结合国内实际,构建了一种适合我国光伏发电项目的LCOE模型。根据光伏项目的实际算例,利用敏感性分析得出影响光伏项目度电成本的关键因子,为平价上网条件下竞价光伏项目的投资开发提供了决策依据。
According to the basic principles of the levelized cost of electricity(LCOE),the composition of the photovoltaic power generation cost is analyzed.Then,considering the actual domestic conditions,a LCOE model suitable for photovoltaic power generation projects in China is constructed.With the analysis of practical examples,the key factors affecting the kilowatt-hour cost of photovoltaic projects are obtained by sensitivity analysis.The results provide a decision-making basis for the investment and development of price-competition photovoltaic projects under the condition of parity on-grid electricity price.
