摘要
针对葛洲坝电站机组真空破坏阀与底座连接存在的缺陷,对比分析了欲采用的过渡法兰连接方式与变径方式的优缺点,采用过渡法兰连接方式虽然增加了过渡法兰与真空破坏阀焊接工作量,且存在焊接变形的风险,但其底座的通流面积不会产生节流,补气量满足要求,底座的应力和变形也均能满足设计要求,彻底消除原有的安全隐患,提高了真空破坏阀底座密封的可靠性。
In Gezhouba Hydropower Station,the connection between the vacuum breaking valve of the unit and its base is of certain defects.The advantages and disadvantages of the transition flange connection and the reducing connection are compared and analyzed.Although the transition flange connection mode increases the welding work of the transition flange and the vacuum breaking valve,and may be of welding deformation risk,the flow passage area of the base will provide satisfactory air replenishment volume without throttling,and the stress distribution and deformation of the base can meet the design requirements.With the renovation,the original safety risks are completely eliminated,and the reliability of the vacuum breaking valve seal is improved.
