摘要
在电站磁极出现故障检修时都会吊出磁极检查,由于磁极本身由线圈及框架组成,没有固定吊点,也不能焊接吊耳,更不能在吊装过程中与转子或定子发生剐蹭,其间隙又非常小,对吊装的要求很高。通过设计磁极专用吊装工具,不仅提高了检修效率,安全性也更高。专用工具的设计攻克了磁极间隙小、重量大、拆卸不方便等一系列难题。
When the magnetic poles in hydropower stations are overhauled,they need to be hoisted out for inspection.As the magnetic poles are composed of coils and frames,there is no fixed hoisting point or possibility to weld any hoisting lugs.Moreover,scratching of the magnetic poles and the rotor or the stator during the hoisting process is strictly unacceptable and the clearance of them is very small.Requirements on the hoisting process are thus extremely high.A special hoisting tool for magnetic poles is designed,which not only improves the maintenance efficiency,but is also of higher safety.The design of this special tool solves the difficulties such as the small magnetic clearance,large weight and inconvenient disassembly.
