从获知到行为:创新扩散路径下青少年游戏玩家持续使用意愿影响因素研究 被引量:1

From Learning to Behavior:a Study on the Influencing Factors of Young Gamers’Continual use Intention under the Innovation Diffusion Path

摘要 探究青少年游戏玩家持续使用意愿的影响因素,既能为深入剖析青少年群体网络游戏成瘾问题提供理论支持,也能为规范青少年游戏行为提供策略参考。基于创新扩散理论获知、说服、决定、实施和确认的完整路径,借鉴部分社会学、信息系统的经典理论成果,构建青少年游戏玩家持续使用意愿的影响因素模型,并通过问卷调查法收集306份有效的青少年游戏玩家相关数据对模型进行检验。研究发现:青少年游戏玩家对网络游戏的认知、兴趣和持续使用意愿之间具有接续影响的作用机制;社会因素、感知质量、社交功能等关键变量以及游戏过程中的沉浸状态等均对青少年游戏玩家的持续使用意愿具有显著的正向影响作用。 Analyzing the influencing factors of young gamers’willingness to continue to use can not only provide theoretical support for an in-depth analysis of the problem of online game addiction among young people but also provide a strategic reference for governing their game behavior of them.Based on the complete path of knowledge,persuasion,decision,implementation,and confirmation of innovation diffusion theory,drawing on some classical theoretical achievements of sociology and information systems,the influencing factor model of young game players’willingness to continue to consume is constructed.The model was tested by collecting data related to 306 effective data from young gamers.Research has shown that young players’perception of online games,from the generation of interest to the formation of continuous use intention,has a continuous impact mechanism.And the key variables such as social factors,perception quality,social functions,and the immersion state during the game process all had a substantial positive effect on the continuous use willingness of young players.
