甘肃省2010—2019年碳排放核算与碳中和能力分析

Carbon emission accounting and carbon neutralization capacity analysis of Gansu Province from 2010 to 2019

碳中和是中国经济高质量发展的重要组成部分,碳排放核算对于碳中和路径研究起基础性支撑作用。以甘肃省2010—2019年10年间一次能源消费量与电力消费量为基础,核算碳排放总量,分析变化趋势,结合甘肃省耕地、林地、园地、牧草地固碳总量评估,分析甘肃省碳中和能力。结果表明:甘肃省一次能源碳排放量自2011年以后呈现上下浮动变化,变化幅度保持在±5%以内,而电力源碳排放量自2010年以后总体保持较快的增长;电力源碳排放量达到一次能源碳排放量的两倍左右,且比例呈现逐年扩大趋势;甘肃省各类土地固碳总量较为稳定,2019年,固碳量分别占到一次能源碳排放量的51.57%与电力源碳排放量的24.26%。

Carbon neutralization is an important part of China s high-quality economic development.Carbon emission accounting plays a basic supporting role in the research of carbon neutralization path.Based on the primary energy consumption and power consumption of Gansu Province in the decade 2010—2019,the total carbon emission is calculated,the change trend is analyzed,and the carbon neutralization capacity of Gansu Province is analyzed in combination with the assessment of the total carbon sequestration of cultivated land,forest land,garden and pasture in Gansu Province.The results show that the carbon emission of primary energy in Gansu Province has fluctuated up and down since 2011,The change range remains within±5%,while the carbon emission from electric power has maintained a rapid growth since 2010;The carbon emission of electric power is about twice that of primary energy,and the proportion is expanding year by year;The total amount of carbon sequestration of all kinds of land in Gansu Province is relatively stable.In 2019,carbon sequestration accounted for 51.57%of primary energy carbon emissions and 24.26%of electric power carbon emissions respectively.
