摘要
礼意复杂难明,是真正的形而上者。意义总是由其得以生成的客观条件得到说明。礼意的内在结构中包含了事实与价值的内在紧张。从制度属性角度看,礼可再生和复制相应的制度实在,生产礼意,礼的异化是由单方面执着于礼的形式所致。儒家以礼乐为特色的文化侧重于美善价值的生成,因此,其对真的追求,并不表现为以追求事实的真与自然的真为特点,而以社会之真、意义之真为特色,具有浓厚伦理道德色彩。要全面理解礼的意义,还需要认识礼的中性化特点。
The conception of Li(礼)is complicated and difficult to understand,and it is really metaphysical.The conception of Li is always explained by the objective conditions under which it is generated.The inner structure of Li contains the inner tension of fact and value.From the perspective of institutional attributes,Li can reproduce and replicate the corresponding institutional reality,producing it's conception,and the alienation of Li is caused by unilateral attachment to some forms of Li.The Confucian culture characterized by Li and Yue focuses on the generation of aesthetic and ethical(good)values.Therefore,the pursuit of truth is not characterized by the pursuit of the truth of facts and nature,but the pursuit of the truth and meaning of society.The truth is characteristic,and the way it seeks has a strong ethical and moral color.To fully understand the conception of Li,it is also necessary to recognize the neutral character of Li.
