摘要
电子束表面熔覆改性技术在工程领域有着广泛的应用,熔覆层缺陷控制已成为当前的研究热点。根据电子束表面熔覆改性技术的原理和特点,总结了熔覆层各种缺陷产生的原因;针对各种缺陷,总结了对应的改进措施,对电子束熔覆层缺陷控制的研究进行了展望。
Electron beam surface cladding modification technology has been widely used in engineering field, and the defect control of cladding layer has become a hot research topic. According to the principle and characteristics of electron beam surface cladding modification technology, the causes of various defects in cladding layer were summarized. Aiming at various defects, the corresponding improvement measures were summarized, and the research on defect control of electron beam cladding layer was prospected.
