Online teaching is an effective supplement to traditional teaching methods.With the development of society,it will inevita-bly become a very important teaching method.On the basis of investigation and rescarch in Youth Political College of Inner Mongolia Normal University,this paper summarizes the problems existing in online teaching in Colleges and universities and explores ways to strengthen student management and teacher training.
