腹腔镜微创治疗结直肠肿瘤的临床疗效分析

Clinical efficacy analysis of laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of colorectal tumors

目的探究腹腔镜微创治疗结直肠肿瘤的临床疗效。方法50例结直肠肿瘤患者为研究对象,随机分为常规组与实验组,各25例。常规组采用常规开腹手术治疗,实验组采用腹腔镜微创手术治疗。比较两组患者的手术感染情况、术后转移情况及治疗相关情况(手术时间、术中出血量及住院时间)。结果实验组手术感染率0及术后转移率4.00%均低于常规组的16.00%、24.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组手术时间(4.58±1.15)h长于常规组的(3.45±0.82)h,住院时间(10.57±0.88)d短于常规组的(15.45±1.08)d,术中出血量(78.78±19.35)ml少于常规组的(109.65±23.61)ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用腹腔镜微创治疗结直肠肿瘤,治疗效果更为明显,患者恢复的情况更好且更快,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of colorectal tumors.Methods A total of 50 patients with colorectal tumors were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into conventional group and experimental group,with 25 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with conventional laparotomy,and the experimental group was treated with laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery.The surgical infection,postoperative metastasis and treatmentrelated conditions(operation time,intraoperative blood loss and hospitalization time)were compared between the two groups.Results The surgical infection rate 0 and the postoperative metastasis rate 4.00%in the experimental group were lower than 16.00%and 24.00%in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time(4.58±1.15)h of the experimental group was longer than(3.45±0.82)h of the conventional group,the hospitalization time(10.57±0.88)d was shorter than(15.45±1.08)d of the conventional group,and the intraoperative blood loss(78.78±19.35)ml was less than(109.65±23.61)ml of the conventional group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of laparoscopic minimally invasive treatment of colorectal tumors is more effective,and the recovery of patients is better and faster,which is worthy of promotion.
