督脉灸对心脾两虚型失眠患者生活质量的意义分析

Analysis of significance of moxibustion at Du meridian point on the quality of life of patients with insomnia due to deficiency of both the heart and spleen

目的分析督脉灸对心脾两虚型失眠患者生活质量的意义。方法60例心脾两虚型失眠患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组30例。对照组患者采用常规干预,试验组患者在对照组基础上采用督脉灸。比较两组患者失眠临床症状评分、中医证候积分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分、失眠严重程度指数、疗效评分、安全性评分。结果治疗后,试验组患者失眠临床症状评分、中医证候积分、PSQI评分分别为(6.32±4.13)、(2.34±0.80)、(22.66±4.82)分,均低于对照组的(16.58±3.13)、(6.19±0.70)、(37.43±3.91)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组患者失眠严重程度指数、疗效评分、安全性评分分别为(7.62±1.55)、(1.35±0.11)、(7.48±1.19)分,均低于对照组的(15.66±1.53)、(3.10±0.12)、(12.42±1.13)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论督脉灸对心脾两虚型失眠患者的效果显著,能够改善患者的失眠症状,从而提高生活质量,且安全性高,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the significance of moxibustion at Du meridian point on the quality of life of patients with insomnia due to deficiency of both the heart and spleen.Methods A total of 60 patients with insomnia due to deficiency of both the heart and spleen were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional intervention,while patients in the experimental group were treated with moxibustion at Du meridian point on the basis of the control group.The clinical symptom scores of insomnia,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score,insomnia severity index,efficacy score,and safety score were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the clinical symptoms of insomnia,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and PSQI score in the experimental group were(6.32±4.13),(2.34±0.80),and(22.66±4.82)points,which were lower than(16.58±3.13),(6.19±0.70),and(37.43±3.91)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the insomnia severity index,efficacy score and safety score of the experimental group were(7.62±1.55),(1.35±0.11),and(7.48±1.19)points,which were lower than(15.66±1.53),(3.10±0.12),and(12.42±1.13)points,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion at Du meridian point has significant effect on patients with insomnia due to deficiency of both the heart and spleen,and can improve the insomnia symptom of patients,thereby improving the quality of life.It has high safety and is worthy of promotion.
