基于活动义齿制作种植导板在牙种植术的应用

Application of planting guide plate based on removable denture in dental implantation

目的观察基于活动义齿制作种植导板在牙种植术的应用价值。方法牙缺失患者89例(牙缺失154颗)随机分为观察组(牙缺失92颗,46例)和对照组(牙缺失62颗,43例)。观察组基于活动义齿制作种植导板行牙种植术;对照组予传统牙种植术。测量两组种植体实际位置与术前设计的偏离值,比较两组术前和术后第12个月咀嚼率、咬合功能和口腔种植满意评分,并观察两组术后12个月内不良反应发生情况。结果观察组种植体顶部、根尖部和角度偏离值低于对照组(P<0.01)。与术前比较,术后第12个月两组咀嚼率升高、咬合功能改善(P<0.05),且观察组改善更明显(P<0.05)。术后第12个月观察组口腔种植满意评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组术后12个月内不良反应发生率相仿(P>0.05)。结论基于活动义齿制作种植导板在牙种植术中有较高应用价值。

Objective To observe the application value of planting guide plate based on removable denture in dental implantation.Methods A total of 89patients with dental loss(154teeth missing)were randomly divided into groups of A(46cases,92teeth missing)and C(43cases,62teeth missing).Planting guide plate based on removable denture for dental implantation was given in group A,while traditional dental implantation was treated in group C.The deviation between the actual implant position and the preoperative design was measured,and the chewing rate,occlusal function and oral implant satisfaction score were compared between the two groups before and in the 12^(th) month after operation,and the incidence of adverse reactions within 12months after operation was observed.Results The deviation values of implant tip,root tip and angle in group A were lower than those in group C(P<0.01).In the 12^(th) month after operation,chewing rate was increased and occlusal function was improved in both groups(P<0.05),which were even better in group A(P<0.05).The oral implant satisfaction score was increased in group A than that in group C in the 12^(th) month after operation(P<0.05).The incidence rates of adverse reactions after operation of two groups were similar within 12months after operation(P>0.05).Conclusion Planting guide plate based on removable denture has higher application value in dental implantation.
