中小学周边交通设施精细化布局策略研究

Research on the Refined Layout Strategy of Traffic Facilities Around Primary and Secondary Schools

学校上学、放学期间交通流量瞬时集聚且持续时间短,中小学周边交通设施的布局与交通组织都较为困难,交通瓶颈节点整治成为社会关注的热点之一。文章通过对中小学学生与家长出行数据的调查分析,总结得出小学和中学的交通出行特征,在此基础上开展对学校及周边交通设施精细化布局的策略研究,从道路交通组织、稳静化措施和保证慢行交通路权等方面提出交通设施布局建议,对于学校内部交通设施,给出家长接送空间、停车设施的测算方法;同时对地下接送系统展开研究,并通过案例分析策略的有效性,以期为中小学周边交通设施精细化布局提供参考。

Due to the characteristics of high instantaneous traffic concentration and short duration when students go to and leave school, the layout and traffic organization of traffic facilities around primary and secondary schools are more difficult. The regulation of traffic bottleneck nodes has become one of the hot spots of social concern.Through the investigation and analysis of the travel data of primary and secondary school students and parents, this paper summarizes the traffic travel characteristics of primary and secondary schools. On this basis, the strategic study on the refined layout of the school and surrounding traffic facilities is carried out The suggestions on the layout of traffic facilities from the aspects of road traffic organization, stabilization measures, and ensuring the right of way for slow traffic are put forward. For the internal transportation facilities of the school, the calculation methods of parents’ pick-up space and parking facilities are given, and the underground pick-up system is also studied. Finally, a case study is carried out to verify the effectiveness of the proposed strategy. The results can provide reference for the refined layout of traffic facilities around primary and secondary schools.
