TNS4在肺腺癌中的表达及预后分析

摘要 目的探讨TNS4基因在肺腺癌中的诊断及预后价值,联合临床信息为肺腺癌患者构建预测模型。方法分析TNS4基因在肺腺癌组织和癌旁组织的表达情况,绘制ROC曲线探讨其诊断价值。运用单-多因素Cox分析探讨其预后价值,联合临床特点构建患者预后临床预测模型。结果肺腺癌组织TNS4基因的表达高于癌旁组织(P<0.01),单-多因素Cox分析表明TNS4基因在肺腺癌的诊断中具有高准确性(P<0.01)。此外,研究发现TNS4低表达的癌患者预后明显好(P<0.01),构建的临床预测模型能够很好的评估肺腺癌患者3a和5a的生存率。结论TNS4基因可作为肺腺癌诊断和预后的独立生物学标志物。 Objective To explore the diagnostic and prognostic value of TNS4 gene in lung adenocarcinoma,and to build a predictive model for lung adenocarcinoma patients with clinical information.Methods To analyze the expression of TNS4 gene in lung adenocarcinoma and adjacent tissues,and the ROC curve was drawn to explore its diagnostic value.Univariate and multivariate Cox analysis was used to investigate its prognostic value,and combined with clinical characteristics to construct a clinical prediction model of patients'prognosis.Results The expression of TNS4 gene in lung adenocarcinoma tissues was higher than that in adjacent tissues(P<0.01).Univariate and multivariate Cox analysis showed that TNS4 gene had higher accuracy in the diagnosis of lung adenocarcinoma(P<0.01).In addition,it is found that the prognosis of cancer patients with low expression of TNS4 was obviously good(P<0.01),and the established clinical prediction model can well evaluate the 3-year and 5-year survival rates of lung adenocarcinoma patients.Conclusion TNS4 gene may be an independent biomarker for diagnosis and prognosis of lung adenocarcinoma.
