细菌溶解产物胶囊辅助治疗儿科反复呼吸系统感染的效果

Efficacy of Bacterial Lysate Capsules Adjuvant Treatment of Pediatric Recurrent Respiratory Infection

目的:分析细菌溶解产物胶囊辅助治疗反复呼吸系统感染患儿的疗效。方法:选取2020年6月-2021年1月佛山市南海区第四人民医院儿科收治的年龄<12岁的呼吸系统反复感染患儿76例为观察对象,采用随机数字表法将患儿分成观察组与对照组,各38例。对照组采取对症治疗,观察组接受对症治疗的同时,给予细菌溶解产物胶囊治疗。两组患儿均连续治疗12周,对比两组临床疗效、症状改善情况、肺功能、复发情况与不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组临床治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、干湿啰音消失时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组用力肺活量(FVC)、一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、一秒率(FEV1/FVC)指标治疗后均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组再次感染的次数、病程均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对于呼吸系统反复感染的患儿,给予对症治疗的同时加用细菌溶解产物胶囊,能减少疾病复发次数,改善肺功能和临床症状。

Objective:To analyze the efficacy of bacterial lysate capsules in the adjuvant treatment of children with recurrent respiratory infection.Methods:From June 2020 to January 2021,76 children aged<12 years with recurrent respiratory infection who were admitted to the Pediatrics Department of the Fourth People's Hospital of Nanhai District of Foshan City were selected as the observation objects,and the children were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method.There were 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with symptomatic treatment,while the observation group was treated with bacterial lysate capsules while receiving symptomatic treatment.The two groups of children were treated for 12 consecutive weeks.The clinical efficacy,symptom improvement,pulmonary function,recurrence and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The antipyretic time,cough disappearance time,dry and wet rales disappearance time in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The indexes of forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),and rate in one second(FEV1/FVC)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The frequency and course of re-infection in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:For children with recurrent respiratory infection,symptomatic treatment and the addition of bacterial lysate capsules can reduce the number of disease recurrences and improve lung function and clinical symptoms.
