痰热清注射液联合头孢菌素在老年慢性支气管炎治疗中的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Tanreqing Injection and Cephalosporin in Treatment of Elderly Chronic Bronchitis

目的:分析老年慢性支气管炎应用痰热清注射液与头孢菌素联合治疗的临床疗效。方法:选取2020年7月-2021年7月武汉市江夏区纸坊街社区卫生服务中心收治的91例老年慢性支气管炎患者为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为试验组(46例)与对照组(45例)。对照组给予头孢菌素治疗,试验组给予头孢菌素联合痰热清注射液治疗,分析两组患者炎性指标、临床症状改善情况、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:试验组C-反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α及白细胞介素-6低于对照组,发热消退时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间及肺部X线片恢复正常时间短于对照组,临床有效率高于对照组,治疗期间产生的不良反应低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年慢性支气管炎患者应用痰热清注射液联合头孢菌素治疗能有效缩短其治疗周期,促使炎性水平下降,提升临床疗效,且安全性高。

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of Tanreqing injection combined with cephalosporin for treating elderly chronic bronchitis.Methods:A total of 91 elderly patients with chronic bronchitis who were admitted to Zhifang Street Community Health Service Center of Jiangxia District of Wuhan City from July 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the experimental group(46 cases)and the control group(45 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treated with cephalosporin,and the experimental group was treated with cephalosporin combined with Tanreqing injection.The inflammatory indexes,clinical symptoms improvement,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were analyzed in the two groups.Results:The C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor-αand interleukin-6 in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the time for fever subsidence,cough disappearance time,lung rales disappearance time and lung X-ray film recovery time were shorter than those in the control group,the clinical effective rate was higher than that in the control group,and the adverse reactions during the treatment were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tanreqing injection combined with cephalosporin in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic bronchitis can effectively shorten the treatment period,reduce the level of inflammation,improve clinical efficacy,and has a high safety.
