全自动血细胞分析仪在体液检测中的应用价值

摘要 目的:分析在临床体液检测中配合应用全自动血细胞分析仪的价值。方法:选取2020年10月-2021年9月住院患者体液标本112例为研究对象,在标本收集后立即送检,体液样本均依次完成全自动血细胞分析仪检测、显微镜下手工计数以及分类检验,对检验结果的相关性进行分析。结果:在血性、非血性体液标本中,全自动血细胞分析仪检测与显微镜下手工计数检测结果在红细胞计数中均有较好的相关性(r=0.983,0.999);当有核细胞数(TC-BF)>100×10^(6)/L时,TC-BF及分类相关性较好(r>0.9);当TC-BF≤100×10^(6)/L时,全自动血细胞分析仪检测、显微镜下手工计数检测在TC-BF、单个核分类百分比、多个核分类百分比测定结果相关性较差(r=0.715,0.668,0.752)。结论:全自动血细胞分析仪在体液检测中,检测效能良好,能够有效满足临床体液检测需求,实现体液常规细胞计数检测的自动化。 Objective:To observe the value of automatic blood cell analyzer in clinical body fluid detection.Methods:From October 2020 to September 2021,112 body fluid samples were collected,as the study objects.The samples were collected and submitted for test immediately.The body fluid samples were successively subject to the detection by automatic blood cell analyzer,manual counting under microscope and classification test,and the correlation of the test results was analyzed.Results:In blood and non-blood body fluid samples,the detection results of automatic blood cell analyzer and manual counting under microscope showed a good correlation in erythrocyte count(r=0.983,0.999);When the number of nucleated cells(TC-BF)was higher than 100×10^(6)/L,the correlation between TC-BF and classification was good(r>0.9);When the TC-BF was lower than 100×10^(6)/L,the correlation of TC-BF,single nuclear classification percentage and multiple nuclear classification percentage measured by automatic blood cell analyzer and manual counting under microscope was poor(r=0.715,0.668,0.752).Conclusion:The automatic blood cell analyzer has good detection efficiency in body fluid detection,it can effectively meet the needs of clinical body fluid detection,and realize the automation of routine cell count detection of body fluid.
