助产士群组孕期保健护理的临床应用效果分析

Analysis on Clinical Application Effect of Midwife-Based Centering Pregnancy

目的:分析助产士群组孕期保健护理的应用效果。方法:选取2020年7月-2021年7月东平县人民医院收治的40例产妇纳入研究,并采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各20例,其中对照组实施常规孕期保健措施,观察组实施助产士群组孕期保健措施,对比两组产妇护理前后的自我效能评分、焦虑自我评定量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、生活质量评分、分娩结局以及母乳喂养情况。结果:在经过护理后,观察组产妇的自我效能评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的生理、心理、环境以及社会关系等生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组自然分娩率、纯母乳喂养率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在产妇孕期保健工作当中,以助产士为核心的孕期保健护理模式可以加强产妇的信心和自我认同感,形成良好的自我管理意识,可有效降低孕期的负面情绪,从而提高生活质量,降低剖宫产率,提高纯母乳喂养率,对产妇以及新生儿均具有积极影响。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of midwife-based centering pregnancy.Methods:A total of 40 puerpera admitted to Dongping County People's Hospital from July 2020 to July 2021 were selected for inclusion in the study,and they were divided into an observation group and a control group according to random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group received routine pregnancy health care measures,and the observation group implemented the midwife-based centering pregnancy measures.The self-efficacy scores,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,self-rating depression scale(SDS)score,quality of life score,delivery outcomes and breastfeeding status of the two groups before and after nursing were compared.Results:After nursing,the self-efficacy scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the quality of life scores including the physiology,psychology,environment and social relationship in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the natural delivery rate and exclusive breastfeeding rate in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the maternal health care work during pregnancy,the midwife-centered pregnancy health care model can strengthen the mother's confidence and self-identity,form a good sense of self-management,and can effectively reduce the negative emotions during pregnancy,thereby improving the quality of life,reducing the cesarean section rate,increasing the exclusive breastfeeding rate,and having positive effects on mothers and newborns.
