加速康复外科护理在全膝关节置换术后的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Accelerated Rehabilitation Surgery Nursing After Total Knee Replacement

目的:探析全膝关节置换术后,采用加速康复护理模式的运用效果。方法:选取2020年11月-2022年5月郴州市第一人民医院收治的全膝关节置换术患者100例,随机将患者分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组在术后给予传统护理措施干预,观察组在对照组基础上结合集束化护理的加速康复外科理念干预。比较两组干预后的临床指标、膝关节功能、生活质量、下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)发生率。结果:经过相关护理干预后,观察组术后下床时间、主动直腿抬高时间、住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者膝关节功能、生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组DVT发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对全膝关节置换术患者进行护理干预时,运用结合集束化护理的加速康复外科理念干预能够改善患者膝关节功能,维持较好生活质量,减少DVT形成,加速患者康复出院。

Objective:To explore the application effect of accelerated rehabilitation nursing model after total knee replacement.Methods:A total of 50 patients undergoing total knee replacement who were admitted to Chenzhou First People's Hospital from November 2020 to September 2022 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional nursing intervention after surgery.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was given accelerated rehabilitation surgery concept intervention combined with cluster nursing.The clinical indicators,knee joint function,quality of life,and the incidence of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis(DVT)after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:After relevant nursing interventions,the postoperative ambulation time,the time of active straight leg raising,and the length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The knee joint function and quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of DVT in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the nursing intervention of patients with total knee replacement,the use of accelerated rehabilitation surgery concept intervention combined with cluster nursing can improve the knee joint function of patients,maintain a good quality of life,reduce the formation of DVT,and accelerate the rehabilitation and discharge of patients.
