肢体语言沟通联合个性化护理服务在小儿护理中的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Body Language Communication Combined with Individualized Nursing Service in Pediatric Nursing

目的:分析小儿护理中肢体语言沟通联合个性化护理服务的效果。方法:选取2019年8月-2021年2月在泰安市妇幼保健院儿科接受治疗的患儿108例为观察对象,按照患儿入院的先后顺序将患儿分为对照组与观察组,各54例。对照组予以常规护理干预,观察组予以肢体语言沟通联合个性化护理干预,对比两种不同护理方法的满意度和患儿依从性。结果:观察组的治疗依从性、护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿护理中应用肢体语言沟通联合个性化护理服务干预效果显著,可提升患儿的治疗依从性和家属的护理满意度。

Objective:To analyze the effect of body language communication combined with individualized nursing service in pediatric nursing.Methods:A total of 108 children who were treated in the Department of Pediatrics,Taian Maternity and Child Health Hospital from August 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the observation objects,and the children were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the order of admission,with 54 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given body language communication combined with individualized nursing intervention.The satisfaction and compliance of the two different nursing methods were compared.Results:The treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of body language communication combined with individualized nursing service intervention in pediatric nursing has a significant effect,which can improve children's treatment compliance and family members'nursing satisfaction.
