采供血机构实施院感全面质量管理效果分析

Effect Analysis of Total Quality Management of Hospital Infection in Blood Collection and Supply Institution

目的:探讨血站采供血过程中实施院感全面质量管理的应用效果。方法:对德阳市中心血站的环境卫生进行院感质量监测。2019年1-12月为院感常规质量管理,2020年1月-2021年12月实施院感全面质量管理,比较实施前后院感监测合格率。结果:以合格率为评价标准,实施院感全面质量管理后,血站的院感监测合格率为96.7%,明显优于实施前院感监测合格率(84.9%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:只有在采供血机构实施全面院感质量管理,建立完善的管理体系,持续改进,才能保障血液安全。

Objective:To explore the application effect of total quality management of hospital infection in the process of blood collection and supply in blood stations.Methods:The quality of hospital infection in Deyang Central Blood Station was monitored.From January to December in 2019,routine quality management of hospital infection was implemented,and from January 2020 to December 2021,total quality management of hospital infection was implemented.The qualified rate of hospital infection monitoring before and after implementation was compared.Results:Based on the evaluation criteria of the pass rate,after the implementation of the total quality management of hospital infection,the pass rate of hospital infection monitoring in blood station was 96.7%,which was significantly better than before the implementation(84.9%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Only when the blood collection and supply institution implements total hospital infection quality management,establishes a sound management system and continuously improves it,blood safety can be guaranteed.
