摘要
目的:分析情景模拟式健康教育对医师规范化培训的价值。方法:选取2018年7月-2021年2月佛山市禅城区进行规范化健康教育与健康促进培训的医师108名为观察对象,随机将医师分为观察组和对照组,各54名。在进行规范化培训时,对照组给予常规健康教育,观察组给予情景模拟式健康教育。分析两组健康教育医师进行培训后的健康教育相关知识了解程度、健康行为依从性、培训满意度。结果:在对健康教育医师进行规范化培训后,观察组医师的健康教育相关知识了解程度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医师的培训满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对健康教育医师进行规范化培训时,应用情景模拟式健康教育能够提升医师健康教育认知水平,增强其健康行为依从性,提高培训满意度。
Objective:To analyze the value of scenario simulation health education on standardized training of doctors.Methods:From July 2018 to February 2021,108 doctors who conducted standardized health education and health promotion training in Foshan City Chancheng District were selected as the observation objects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 54 doctors in each group.During the standardized training,the control group was given routine health education,and the observation group was given scenario simulation health education.The understanding degree of health education related knowledge,health behavior compliance and training satisfaction of health education doctors in two groups were analyzed after training.Results:After the standardized training for health education doctors,the doctors in the observation group had a higher score of the understanding degree of health education related knowledge than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the training satisfaction of doctors in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the standardized training of health education doctors,the application of scenario simulation health education can improve doctors'health education cognition level,enhance their health behavior compliance and improve training satisfaction.
