摘要
为满足超高温超长距离油气井射孔的传爆需求,设计了一种“H”型全对称结构的耐超高温双向隔板传爆器,并通过传爆试验和发火后耐压密封性试验对其装药结构及隔板厚度进行了研究。结果表明:隔板传爆器耐温性能为230℃、100h;当其施主端和受主端装药均为“炸药SY+起爆药LA”,且隔板厚度为5~9mm时,双向隔板传爆器能够可靠传爆,起爆与之相距50mm以上的传爆管,发火后隔板完好、耐压大于140MPa。
In order to meet the detonation transmission demand of ultra high temperature and ultra long distance oil and gas well perforation, an ultra high temperature resistant bi-directional bulkhead booster with "H" type full symmetrical structure was designed, and its charge structure and bulkhead thickness were studied through the detonation transmission test and the sealing test after ignition. The results show that the temperature resistance of the bulkhead booster is 230℃, 100h;When the charge at both the donor end and the accept end is explosive SY and primary LA, and the thickness of the bulkhead is 5mm to 9mm, the bi-directional bulkhead booster can reliably transmit detonation and detonate the booster tube more than 50mm away, and the bulkhead is intact after ignition, with pressure resistance greater than 140MPa.
