植入骨缺损聚乳酸支架对种植体IT值及ISQ值的影响

摘要 目的探究不同高度3D打印的聚乳酸支架植入骨缺损区域对于种植体IT值及ISQ值的影响。方法利用3D打印技术制备不同高度的聚乳酸支架,将支架植入预备的对应深度牛肋骨骨缺损区域,分为单纯骨缺损对照组和骨缺损+支架实验组。同时植入种植体,测量种植体植入时扭矩(insertion torque value,IT Value),Osstell松动度测定仪检测种植体松动度值(implant stability quotient,ISQ)。结果在骨缺损深度8、6mm时,实验组IT值明显大于对照组(P<0.01);在骨缺损深度4、2mm时,实验组IT值与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在骨缺损深度8、6、4、2mm时,实验组ISQ值明显大于对照组(P<0.01)。结论在骨缺损中植入PLA支架能够有效增加种植体的IT值及ISQ值,尤其是骨缺损在4mm以上者更为有效。 Objective To investigate the effect of 3Dprinted PLA scaffolds of different heights im-planted in the bone defect area on the IT and ISQ values of the implants.Methods PLA scaffolds of differ-ent heights were manufactured by 3Dprinting technology and implanted into the prepared bovine rib bone defect area at the corresponding depth,which was divided into a control group with simple bone defect and an experimental group with bone defect+scaffold.At the same time,the implants were placed,the inser-tion torque value(IT Value)was measured,and the implant stability quotient(ISQ)was measured by Os-stell loosening tester.Results The IT value of the experimental group was significantly greater than that of the control group at bone defect depths of 8mm and 6mm(P<0.01);At the bone defect depths of 4mm and 2mm,the differences between the IT values of the experimental group and the control group were not statistically significant(P>0.05);At the bone defect depth of 8mm、6mm、4mm and 2mm,the ISQ value of the experimental group was significantly greater than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The PLA scaffold implanted in the bone defect can effectively increase the IT and ISQ values of the im-plant,especially for bone defects of 4mm or more.
