摘要
目的探讨“手足十二针”在气虚血瘀型脑梗死恢复期患者康复治疗中的应用。方法前瞻性选择2018年10月至2020年9月新野县人民医院收治的92例气虚血瘀型脑梗死恢复期患者作为研究对象,采用交替分组法分为观察组46例和对照组46例。对照组采用常规康复训练+常规针灸治疗,观察组采用“手足十二针”治疗。比较两组治疗前、治疗12周后神经功能情况[美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIH-SS)]、肢体运动功能[Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定表(FMA)]、痉挛情况(Ashworth痉挛评定量表)。结果与治疗前相比,两组治疗12周后NIHSS评分更低,FMA评分更高,且观察组更为显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,两组治疗12周后Ashworth评分更低,且观察组更为显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“手足十二针”治疗气虚血瘀型脑梗死恢复期患者,可改善患者神经功能缺损、肢体痉挛情况,促进肢体功能恢复。
Objective To explore the application of“hand foot twelve needles”in the rehabilitation treatment of cerebral infarction patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis.Methods From October 2018 to September 2020,92patients with cerebral infarction of qi deficiency and blood stasis type in convales-cence in Xinye County People's hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into observation group(46cases)and control group(46cases)by alternate grouping method.The control group was trea-ted with conventional rehabilitation training plus conventional acupuncture,and the observation group was treated with“hand foot 12acupuncture”.The neurological function(NIHSS),limb motor function[Fugl Meyer motor function assessment(FMA)]and spasticity(Ashworth spasticity assessment scale)of the two groups were compared before and 12 weeks after treatment.Results Compared with before treatment,NIHSS score was lower,FMA score was higher,and the observation group was more significant,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with before treatment,Ashworth score was lower,and the observation group was more significant,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:“hand foot twelve needles”in the treatment of Convalescent Cerebral Infarction Patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis can improve the neurological deficit and limb spasm,and promote the recovery of limb function.
