摘要 FoxO1是叉头框(forkhead box,FOX)转录因子“O”亚家族的成员之一。在多种人类肿瘤中FoxO1已经被确定为抑制因子,且表达水平下调,多种生物过程靶基因表达的调控都有FoxO1蛋白参与。FoxO1对于卵巢癌的发生发挥着重要作用,FoxO1通过PIK3/AKT信号通路、Mirk/DYRK1B信号通路、Wnt/β-catenin信号通路发挥抑制癌细胞增殖和促进癌细胞凋亡、增加其对化学药物的敏感性、抑制肿瘤细胞发生EMT的作用,以及Trx1通过诱导FoxO1增加卵巢癌细胞的耐药性等。本文就卵巢癌中FoxO1的多种作用及其分子机制进行综述,为卵巢癌发病分子机制的进一步深入研究及其有关治疗提供理论参考。 FoxO1is a member of the"O"subfamily of forkhead box transcription factors.FoxO1has been identified as a suppressor in a variety of human tumors,and its expression level is down-regulated.FoxO1protein is involved in the regulation of the expression of target genes in a variety of biological processes.FoxO1play a role in inhibiting cancer cell proliferation and promoting cancer cell apoptosis,in-creasing its sensitivity to chemical drugs and inhibiting tumor cell EMT through PIK3/AKT signaling pathway,Mirk/DYRK1Bsignaling pathway and Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway,Trx1increased resist-ance to ovarian cancer cells by inducing FoxO1,etc.In this paper,we reviewed the various roles and molec-ular mechanisms of FoxO1in ovarian cancer,providing theoretical reference for further study of molecular mechanisms of ovarian cancer and related treatment.
