电池寿命仿真技术在新能源汽车电池质保中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 本文使用Autolion建立某三元电池基于电化学机理的寿命模型,同时在GT-SUIT平台进行某耐久工况电池寿命仿真。通过大数据技术统计车辆里程以及电池充放电信息、温度和放电截止SOC信息,依此信息将耐久工况转化为电池寿命仿真工况。通过对比发现电池寿命仿真值和试验结束后台架测试值相近。该模型计算的电池寿命可为电池质保提供重要依据。 An electro-chemistry battery life model for a NCM-Graphite cell is established by Autolion. Battery life simulation for a vehicle duration test condition is conducted by GT-SUIT. Vehicle and battery information such as driving miles, battery charge or discharge information, battery temperature and terminal SOC are analyzed with the help of big data technology. New simulation condition is created by these statistics data. Battery capacity by simulation, BMS capacity learning and test is similar. Simulated battery life value can provide important reference for battery warranty.
