摘要
客车空调作为整车的一个重要部件,始终为提升乘客的乘车体验发挥着重要作用。当今,随着纯电动客车的普及,以及燃料电池客车的兴起,对客车空调的设计制造提出了更高的要求。本文主要从外观、功能、接口、结构细节等方面介绍一种集成电池冷却功能纯电动客车空调的结构设计方案,旨在提升空调的兼容性、可靠性、可安装性、可维修性等性能。
As an important part of the whole vehicle, bus air conditioning always plays an important role in improving passengers’ ride experience. Nowadays, with the popularization of pure electric buses and the rise of fuel cell buses, higher requirements are put forward for the design and manufacture of bus air conditioning. This paper mainly introduces a structural design scheme of pure electric bus air conditioner with integrated battery cooling function from the aspects of appearance, function, interface and structural details, in order to improve the compatibility, reliability, installability and maintainability of the air conditioner.
