摘要 本文以氢燃料电池洗扫车为例介绍目前氢燃料电池专用车在中国的发展情况,在使用方面与同类型纯电动专用车对比动力参数与优缺点,从氢燃料电池洗扫车底盘动力系统方面简要介绍其系统构成、运行原理、电堆电池混合动力分配算法及实现方式,从上装解耦动力系统与上装分体控制系统方面介绍其与传统洗扫车的功能不同点与优化效果,分析氢燃料电池专用车目前存在的问题,为相关产品企业提供氢燃料电池专用车在技术与发展上的参考。 The paper introduce the current development of hydrogen fuel cell special vehicles in China, takes the hydrogen fuel cell road sweeper as an example, compared the power parameters, advantages and disadvantages with the same type of special pure electric vehicle, and briefly introduces the system composition, operation principle, hybrid power distribution algorithm and implementation method from the aspect of the chassis power system of the hydrogen fuel cell vehicle, the paper also introduces the function difference and optimization effects of the decoupling power system and the split control system of the upper-structure, analyzed the current problems of hydrogen fuel cell special vehicles, and provided technical reference for manufacturers of such products.
