电控共轨柴油机控制单元的设计研究

摘要 结合电控共轨系统的基本功能和控制要求,设计以AURIX系列处理器TC275为核心的高压共轨柴油机电控单元。其硬件系统采用模拟计算和电路模块化的开发方法,软件系统采用分层的模块体系结构及V模式开发流程,文中给出较为详细的软硬件设计方法。该控制单元经发动机台架试验和实车试验表明,可以较好地实现对柴油机高压共轨系统精确可靠的控制。 Based on the basic functions and control requirements of the electronic common rail system, an electronic control unit for high pressure common rail diesel engine with AURIX series processor TC275 as the core is designed. The hardware system is developed by analog computing and circuit modularization. The software system uses hierarchical module architecture and V mode development process. The detailed design method of hardware and software is given in this paper. The control unit has been proved by engine bench test and vehicle test that it can achieve accurate and reliable control of the high pressure common rail system of the diesel engine.
