摘要
为了满足车载设备对高精度时钟信号的需求,保证授时秒脉冲(1PPS信号)在车载环境下不同设备之间能够稳定、可靠地传输,需要将传输信号进行变换和处理,同时对输出电路接口也要采取一定的防护措施,因此本文提出一种精简车载T-Box 1PPS输出电路,详细分析其原理和执行过程,并且运用到实际产品中并通过验证,从而实现了在车载环境下不同设备之间低延时、高可靠性传输的目的。
Automotive electronics devices require highly accurate clock signal source,the“one pulse per second”(1PPS)signal must be able to transmitted among different devices with high stability and reliability.To meet this goal,not only the 1PPS signal need to be transformed and processed,but its output interface need to be protected.This paper presents a novel 1PPS output circuit for T-Box in vehicle.Its principle and working flow is elaborated in detail.This circuit has also been implemented and validated in actual products.With this circuit,high reliable signal transmission with low latency between different automotive electronics devices can be achieved.
