复方中药替抗对提高雏鸡生长及免疫性能的研究 被引量:4

摘要 试验旨在研究复方中药替代抗生素对雏鸡生长性能、免疫指数和血清生化指标的影响。180只1日龄雏鸡随机分为3组,每组5个重复,每个重复12只鸡。对照组为基础日粮,复方中药组和阿莫西林组分别在日粮中添加0.5%的复方中药和阿莫西林。7 d接种La Sota株鸡新城疫活疫苗,试验期为35 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,中药组雏鸡的平均日增重、屠宰率以及全净膛率均显著提高(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验第14 d时,中药组雏鸡脾脏指数和血清免疫球蛋白M的含量显著提高(P<0.05),新城疫抗体效价极显著提高(P<0.01);试验第35 d时,中药组雏鸡的脾脏指数、胸腺指数和法氏囊指数、血清新城疫抗体效价、免疫球蛋白G含量均显著提高(P<0.05)。中药组雏鸡血清谷草转氨酶和乳酸脱氢酶活性均显著低于阿莫西林组(P<0.05)。研究表明,复方中药能够在雏鸡养殖中起到很好的替抗作用。 The purpose of the experiment was to study the effect of compound Chinese medicine replacing antibiotics on the growth performance, immune index and serum biochemical indexes of chicks. 180 one-day-old chicks were randomly divided into three groups with five replicates in each group and 12 chicken in each replicate. Control group was the basal diet, and the compound Chinese medicine group and the amoxicillin group were supplemented with 0.5% compound Chinese medicine and amoxicillin, respectively. The chickens were vaccinated with La Sota strain live vaccine against Newcastle disease at 7 d, and the experimental period was 35 d. The results showed that compared with the control group,the average daily gain, slaughter rate and complete evisceration rate of the Chinese medicine group were significantly increased(P<0.05), and the feed-to-weight ratio was significantly decreased(P<0.05). on the 14th d of the experiment,the spleen index and serum immunoglobulin M content of chickens in the compound Chinese medicine group were significantly increased(P<0.05), and the Newcastle disease antibody titer was extremely increased(P<0.01). On the 35th d of the experiment, the spleen index, thymus index and bursa index, serum Newcastle disease antibody titer and immunoglobulin G content in the compound Chinese medicine group were significantly improved(P<0.05). The activities of aspartate aminotransferase and lactate dehydrogenase in the compound Chinese medicine group were significantly lower than those in the amoxicillin group(P<0.05). The study indicates that compound Chinese medicine can play a good role in feed substitution in chick breeding.
