刺芋叶粉对广西麻鸡产蛋后期生产性能、血清抗氧化功能和蛋品质的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Lasia spinosa leaf powder on production performance,serum antioxidant function and egg quality of Guangxi Partridge chicken during late laying period

摘要 试验旨在研究日粮中添加刺芋叶粉对广西麻鸡产蛋后期生产性能、血清抗氧化功能和蛋品质的影响。选取270只450日龄产蛋后期广西麻鸡,随机分为3组,每组15个重复,每个重复6只鸡。对照组广西麻鸡饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别在基础日粮中添加1%和3%的刺芋叶粉。预试期7 d,正式试验期56 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,3%试验组蛋鸡的次蛋品率和料蛋比均显著降低(P<0.05),1%试验组蛋鸡的次蛋品率显著降低(P<0.05)。试验第28 d,与对照组相比,1%试验组蛋鸡血清的过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著性提高(P<0.05);3%试验组蛋鸡血清的总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、CAT的活性均显著提高(P<0.05)。试验第56 d,与对照组相比,各试验组蛋鸡血清的CAT和T-SOD活性均显著提高(P<0.05)。试验第28 d和56d,试验组蛋鸡血清的丙二醛(MDA)、活性氧(ROS)含量均显著降低(P<0.05)。试验第28 d,1%试验组鸡蛋的蛋壳相对重显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验第56 d,3%试验组鸡蛋的蛋壳相对重显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验第28 d和第56 d,试验组鸡蛋的哈夫单位均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),以3%试验组效果最好。研究表明,在日粮中添加刺芋叶粉可显著改善产蛋后期广西麻鸡生产性能、血清抗氧化功能和蛋品质,适宜添加量为3%。 The experiment was to study the effect of adding Lasia spinosa leaf powder to diet on production performance,serum antioxidant function and egg quality of Guangxi Partridge chickens in late laying period.A total of 270450-day-old Guangxi Partridge chickens in late laying stage randomly divided into three groups,with 15 replicates in each group and six hens in each replicate.The hens in control group were fed with a basal diet,and test groups was supplemented with 1%and 3%Lasia spinosa leaf powder in basal diet,respectively.The pre-trial period was 7 d,and the formal experiment period was 56 d.The results showed that compared with control group,the secondary egg rate and feed to egg ratio of laying hens in 3%group were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the secondary egg rate of laying hens in 1%group was significantly decreased(P<0.05).On 28 d of experiment,compared with control group,serum CAT activity of laying hens in 1%group was significantly increased(P<0.05).The activities of T-SOD,GSH-Px and CAT in serum of laying hens in3%group were significantly increased(P<0.05).On 56 d of experiment,compared with control group,the activity of CAT and T-SOD in serum of laying hens in test groups were significantly increased(P<0.05).On 28 d and 56 d of experiment,the content of MDA and ROS in serum of laying hens in test groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05).On 28 d of experiment,the eggshell relative weight of laying hens in 1%group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).On 56 d of experiment,the eggshell relative weight of laying hens in 3%group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).On 28 d and 56 d of the experiment,the haugh unit of eggs in test groups was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),and the effect of 3%group was the best.The study indicates that adding Lasia spinosa leaf powder to diet can significantly improve the production performance,serum antioxidant function and egg quality of Guangxi Partridge chickens in late laying period,and the suitable addition amount is 3%.
