摘要
试验旨在评估在L-蛋氨酸(L-Met)减量替代DL-蛋氨酸(DL-Met)在肉鸡生产中的应用效果。选取1152只1日龄Ross308肉鸡,公、母各半,随机分为4个处理组,每个处理8个重复,每个重复36只。对照组为基础日粮添加晶体DL-Met(100%DL-Met组),各试验组添加L-Met,其添加量分别是基础日粮DL-Met添加量的95%、90%和85%,即95%L-Met组、90%L-Met组、85%L-Met组。试验期为38 d,分为3个阶段进行饲喂:1~15、16~27和28~38 d。结果显示,与100%DL-Met组相比,1~15日龄肉鸡日粮添加L-Met对其生长性能无显著影响(P>0.05),平均日增重、平均日采食量和料重比均有所改善;肉鸡中后期(16~27、28~38 d)日粮减量添加L-Met对肉鸡生长性能无显著影响(P>0.05),其中90%L-Met组肉鸡平均日增重最高。与100%DL-Met组相比,90%L-Met组肉鸡腿肌率显著提高(P<0.05)。研究表明,L-Met减量替代DL-Met用于肉鸡生产,可提高生长性能,改善屠宰性能,节约饲料成本。
The study was to evaluate the application advantage L-Met instead of DL-Met in broiler commercial production.1152(half male and half female)one-day-old Ross 308 broilers were weighed and randomly allotted to four treatments,with eight replicates per treatment(36 broilers per replicate).Control group was the basal diet supplemented with crystal DL-Met(100%DL-Met group),each test group was L-Met,and its supplementation was 95%,90%and85%of the DL-Met supplementation in the basal diet,namely 95%L-Met group,90%L-Met group,85%L-Met group.The test period was 38 d,and the feeding was divided into three stages:1~15,16~27 and 28~38 d.The results showed that compared with the 100%DL-Met group,the addition of L-Met to the diets of 1~15-day-old broilers had no significant effect on growth performance(P>0.05),average daily gain,average daily feed intake and feed-to-gain ratio improved.In the middle and late stages of broiler chickens(16~27,28~38 d),the addition of L-Met to the diet had no significant effect on the growth performance of broilers(P>0.05),and the 90%L-Met group had the highest average daily gain.Compared with the 100%DL-Met group,the 90%L-Met group had a significantly higher rate of leg muscle(P<0.05).The study indicates that the use of L-Met to reduced replace DL-Met in broiler diets can improve production performance,improve broiler slaughter performance,and save feed costs.
