摘要
研究了大功率激光器用储热式冷源,对储热器结构设计、流体汇流方式、温度控制等进行了分析,储热器的平均换热速率达到了51.63 kW,峰值换热速率达到了84.5 kW,在外加热负载10 kW时,冷源供液温度持续稳定在26℃±1℃。
In this paper,a cold source with heat storage for high power laser was proposed.The structural design,fluid confluence mode and temperature control of the heat storage were analyzed.The average heat exchange rate of heat storage reaches 51.63 kW and the peak heat exchange rate reaches 84.5 kW.The temperature of liquid supply from cold source remains at 26℃±1℃when the external heating load is 10 kW.
