城市土地绿色利用效率与城市化耦合协调性分析——以江苏省为例

Coupling Coordination Analysis of Urban Land Green Use Efficiency and Urbanization--A Case Study of Jiangsu Province

绿色发展是环境资源约束条件下城市实现高质量、可持续发展的必然选择。以江苏省13座地级市为研究对象,运用超效率SBM—Undesirable模型、主成分分析法和耦合协调度模型对以上城市2000~2018年的土地绿色利用效率、城市化水平以及两者的耦合协调度进行综合测度,借助核密度估计曲线、探索性空间数据分析刻画耦合协调度的时空变化特征,并采用脱钩指数动态衡量两者的相对发展程度。结果表明:研究期内各城市土地绿色利用效率与城市化的耦合水平大多处于拮抗阶段,协调水平以勉强协调类型为主,且两者的耦合协调水平存在显著正向全局空间自相关,局域空间格局分布以高高值聚集、低低值聚集为主,邻近同伴效应显著。各城市土地绿色利用效率与城市化的相对发展程度表现为效率滞后与城市化滞后交替出现,主要类型呈现出效率滞后型向城市化滞后型转变的趋势。最后提出,政府应充分考虑不同城市的地理区位、产业结构和经济水平,因地制宜制定优化路径,促进城市土地绿色利用效率与城市化协调发展,推动城市向绿色、高效、可持续发展模式转型。

Green development is an inevitable choice for cities to achieve high quality and sustainable development under the restriction of environmental resources.In this study,13 prefecture-level cities in Jiangsu province were taken as the research object,the urban land green use efficiency,urbanization and their coupling coordination degree of the these cities from 2000 to 2018 were comprehensively measured by using the super SBM-undesirable model,principal component analysis and coupling coordination degree model.Kernel density estimation curves and exploratory spatial data analysis were used to characterize the spatio-temporal variation of coupling coordination degree,and the Tapio Decoupling Index was used to dynamically measure the relative development degree of land green use efficiency and urbanization.The results showed that the coupling degree of urban land green use efficiency and urbanization is mostly in the antagonistic stage and the coordination degree is dominated by the barely coordinated type,and the coupling coordination level of land green use efficiency and urbanization has significant positive global spatial autocorrelation,the local spatial pattern is dominated by HH and LL,and the neighborhood peer effect is significant.The relative development degree of urban land green use efficiency and urbanization showed that the lag of efficiency and urbanization alternately appear,the main types showed the trend of transformation from efficiency-lag type to urbanization-lagtype.Finally,it is proposed that the government should fully consider the geographical location,industrial structure and economic level of different cities,formulate optimal paths according to local conditions,promote the coordinated development of urban land green use efficiency and urbanization,and promote the transformation of urban development mode into green,efficient and sustainable.
