摘要
便携式辐射仪表的维修质量直接关系到仪表测量数据的准确性,为了确保现场工作人员的辐射安全,对核电站便携式辐射仪表维修工作进行了研究。通过制定故障仪表维修分级管理方式,采取仪表防护设计不足、仪表软件运行方式优化、仪表设计缺陷、仪表老化元器件更换的维修方法开展仪表维修工作。由仪表防护设计不足、仪表软件运行方式、仪表设计缺陷、仪表元器件老化导致的仪表故障下降了86%以上,减少了辐射仪表共性故障的发生和降低了维修成本。辐射仪表维修分级管理方式、典型故障仪表的维修方法,可以为同行电站和放射性相关单位在进行仪表维修工作管理和仪表维修时提供一定的参考。
The maintenance quality of portable radiation instrumentation is directly related to the accuracy of instrumentation measurement data, in order to ensure the radiation safety of field workers, the maintenance work of portable radiation instrumentation in nuclear power plants was studied. The instrument maintenance work is carried out by developing a hierarchical management of faulty instrument maintenance and adopting the maintenance methods of insufficient instrument protection design,instrument software operation method optimization,instrument design defects and instrument aging component replacement. The instrument failures caused by insufficient instrument protection design,instrument software operation mode,instrument design defects and aging of instrument components decreased by more than 86%,which reduced the occurrence of common failures of radiation instruments and reduced the maintenance cost. The hierarchical management of radiation instrument maintenance and the maintenance method of typical failure instrument in this paper can provide some reference for the peer power stations and radioactive related units in the management of instrument maintenance work.
