有机废弃物厌氧沼渣堆肥参数浅析 被引量:2

摘要 我国有机废弃物厌氧发酵工程产生大量沼渣,其能否妥善处理,实现资源化利用,是提高厌氧项目利用效率的关键。通过文献调研和对比分析,总结了秸秆废弃物、禽畜粪便、市政污泥、以及餐厨垃圾厌氧沼渣特性,对比肥料标准,分析了各类沼渣肥料利用潜力及需重点关注参数,提出了沼渣堆肥的必要性,并建议添加秸秆10%~25%调节初始C/N比和含水率,通过间歇通风减小能耗,通过前期加热缩短堆肥周期,以期为我国厌氧沼渣资源化利用提供参考。 A large amount of biogas residue was produced from anaerobic fermentation of organic waste in China.And the reasonable disposal and utilization of biogas residue is vital to improve the resources utilization ratio of anaerobic projects.Through literature investigation and comparative analysis,this paper summarized the biogas residue characteristics of straw waste,livestock manure,municipal sludge,and kitchen waste.Compared with the fertilizer standards,the utilization potential of various kinds of biogas residue utilized as fertilizer and key parameters were analyzed,the necessity of biogas residue compost was proposed.It is suggested to add 10%~25%of straw to adjust the initial C/N ratio and moisture content,reduce energy consumption through intermittent ventilation,and shorten the composting period through early heating,in order to provide reference for the utilization of anaerobic biogas residue in China.
