中外旅游与酒店管理专业人才培养模式的比较分析

Comparative Analysis of the Cultivation Models for Professionals in Tourism and Hospitality Management Major between China and Foreign Countries

从生源选拔、实践教学、学历评估、升学通道等方面比较中外旅游与酒店管理专业的高职人才培养模式,从院校定位及发展趋势、培养目标及课程设置、师资队伍及跟踪优化等角度比较中外旅游与酒店管理专业本科人才培养模式,在借鉴国外院校人才培养经验的基础上,提出我国旅游与酒店管理专业应在实践教学、师资建设、教育贯通等方面进行优化的对策,以期为培养专业能力过硬、综合素质突出的酒店人才提供参考。

This paper compares the cultivation models of higher vocational education for professionals in tourism and hospitality management major between China and foreign countries from the aspects of student selection,practical teaching,academic qualification evaluation,and access to higher education.It also compares the cultivation models of undergraduate education from the aspects of college positioning and developing trend,training goals and curriculum settings as well as teaching faculty and continuous optimization.Based on the experiences of professionals cultivation from foreign colleges and universities,this paper puts forward the optimization strategies of practical teaching,teacher construction and education integration in order to provide a reference for cultivating talents in tourism and hospitality major with excellent professional abilities and outstanding comprehensive qualities.
