摘要
以大型船用货物升降机为例,对船体建造阶段的精度控制、导轨安装平行度控制和围井门框安装面平面度精度控制等3个方面的技术进行研究,有效解决安装施工过程中出现的平层精度问题,提高安装质量,为同类型货物升降机的安装提供参考。
A large marine cargo lift is taken as the example to study the accuracy control technology of hull construction precision,guide rail installation parallelism and flatness of surrounding well frame installation surface.The accuracy problem of level layer in the installation process is effectively solved and the installation quality is improved.This study provides reference for the cargo elevator installation of similar types.
