摘要
为提高船舶分段建造过程中大型钢结构装配精度检测的效率和质量,通过设置数据感知层、平台层和应用反馈层,构建基于工业互联网平台的大型钢结构装配精度检测系统。该系统通过工业照相机拍照,收集空间三维坐标;在将信息数据化之后,将其传输给处理软件,自动对产品尺寸、形位公差和型面偏差等信息进行计算;计算分析结束之后,自动统计测量结果并生成测量报告,从而有效减少测量人员的投入,提高测量、分析效率。通过该技术能大大降低对检测场地的要求,测量的最高精度要求可达到1 mm以内,能满足规范对船舶装配精度的要求。
In order to improve the efficiency and quality of large steel structure assembly accuracy detection in the process of ship subsection construction, the accuracy detection system based on industrial Internet platform is established by setting up the data perception layer, platform layer and application feedback layer. The system takes photos with industrial camera, collects three-dimensional coordinates of space, and transmits the digitalized information to processing software to automatically calculate the product size, geometric tolerance, surface deviation and other data. After calculation and analysis, it automatically counts the measurement results and generates measurement report, which effectively reduces the investment of measurement personnel and improves the efficiency of measurement and analysis. The technology also makes the requirements on testing site greatly reduced and the maximum accuracy of measurement raised to within 1 mm, satisfying the accuracy of assembly.
