摘要
针对聚丙烯双向土工格栅开展了不同预冲孔间距和孔径条件下的拉伸成型工艺实验,并检测了格栅纵向和横向的力学性能。结果表明,双向土工格栅纵向的力学性能优于横向。合适的预冲孔间距和孔径对于获得合格格栅产品至关重要。在拉伸距离一定时,增大预冲孔间距或减小孔径,均使双向土工格栅两个方向的拉伸强度提高。
The tensile process under various pre-pierced spaces and diameters was performed for polypropylene biaxial geogrids.The me-chanical properties of geogrids along both longitudinal and transverse directions were measured.It is revealed that the mechanical properties along longitudinal direction are better than those along transverse direction.It is important to select a reasonable group of pre-pierced space and diameter to obtain a high-quality geogrid.In the given tensile distance,increasing space or reducing diameter can improve the tensile strength of biaxial geog-rids along two directions.
