利用高炉渣制备玻璃体的配方及熔融温度研究 被引量:2

摘要 利用高炉渣及辅助原料制备了玻璃体,采用XRD、热重—差热曲线、紫外可见漫反射光谱、荧光光谱和SEM等测试手段,综合分析了熔融温度和不同配方对玻璃体的结构和性能的影响。结果表明:随着高炉渣的添加量由0增加到10.5wt%,玻璃体的颜色逐渐加深,最终呈黄褐色或黑褐色。当熔融温度为1400℃,高炉渣添加量7.50wt%时(配方为3#,7.50wt%;SiO_(2):17.64wt%;Al_(2)O_(3):1.86wt%;CaF_(2):0.00wt%;MgO:0.63wt%;Na_(2)CO_(3):6.16wt%),所制备的玻璃体具有最佳的吸光性能和荧光性能,硬度值为693.27HV。玻璃体的微观形貌较光滑,但含30μm左右的气孔和10μm左右的析出物。 The glass was prepared from blast furnace slag and auxiliary raw materials.The effects of melting temperature and different formulas on the structure and properties of the glass were comprehensively analyzed by means of XRD,thermogravimetric differential thermal curve,UV visible diffuse reflectance spectrum,fluorescence spectrum and SEM.The results show that with the addition of blast furnace slag from 0 to 10.5wt%,the color of the glass gradually deepens,and finally appears yellowish brown or dark brown.When the melting temperature is 1400℃and the amount of blast furnace slag is 7.50 wt%(the formula is 3#,7.50 wt%;SiO_(2):17.64 wt%;Al_(2)O_(3):1.86 wt%;CaF_(2):0.00 wt%;MgO:0.63 wt%;Na_(2)Co_(3):6.16 wt%),the prepared glass has the best light absorption and fluorescence properties,and the hardness value is 693.27 HV.The microscopic appearance of the glass is smooth,but contains pores about 30μm and precipitates about 10μm.
